Love Catalina, the Catalina Island Tourism Authority hopes that your overall visit to our island has been a pleasant experience and that you will visit us again, soon.  In certain situations, it is not unusual for a complaint to be lodged with a local Chamber of Commerce. However, Chambers of Commerce, Visitors Bureaus and the like are voluntary membership organizations, not regulatory agencies, and have no authority over the operating practices or standards of their members. Tourism is Catalina Island’s only industry, and most in our community try very hard to provide value and quality customer service to both visitors and residents. Your comments will help us improve the services and facilities offered future visitors to Catalina.
