Erin Eubank was looking for the perfect Catalina business opportunity when inspiration struck in 2012 at the popular Taste Around Avalon annual event. The dedicated foodie had spent every summer on the island before moving here full-time in 2003. With her dynamic personality and entrepreneurial spirit, she set out to offer visitors the hospitality and deliciousness of that evening and Catalina Food Tours was born. Since then, the company has grown to offer daily tours and private experiences, introducing more than 15,000 Catalina fans to Avalon’s creative culinary scene.
