Located on Sumner Ave, next to the Sheriff's station, the Avalon Public Library, an extension of the LA County Library, offers a secure cell phone Battery Charging Station at no charge. The charging station is located outside of the library, in the courtyard, and is accessible 24 hours a day. You can also charge your device inside the library with your own charger during open hours. The library offers 3 public computers, 1 children's computer, and 4 laptop and hotspot kits.
